Shipping, Delivery and Returns


We engage in treating each order as it was an order intended for our beloved ones. We will do everything that depends on us to ensure that our clients will receive their tea just in time. To ship the orders, we use the services of Canada Post. The shipping details are as follows:

USA FREE $8.99 flat rate 1-5 business days*
Canada FREE $8.99 flat rate 3-7 business days

* The specified shipping time should be considered as estimate and highly depends on the workload that Canada Post is facing in a given period. Holidays can extend the shipping time for a couple of days. Shipping in other countries than the USA and Canada is not possible at the moment. Please take into account that the order cannot be modified or cancelled after the check-out. The shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping fee will be applied in case the shipped package was returned to our company given an incorrect address or mistaken shipping details that were mentioned by the client.


If the delivered good is lost or damaged, the client should address his complaints directly to the third party shipping service. KaTea Inc transfers the title and the risk of loss to the service provider immediately after the product is purchased by the client. Therefore, KaTea Inc cannot be held accountable for issues related to shipping and delivery.


KaTea Inc does not currently offer online returns on their tea, herbals, blends, and super-foods. If the received products do not meet your expectations, we kindly ask you to notify us at or contact our team by phone at  (514)-500-4384  from 9AM-5PM EST, stating the issue and the relevant details. KaTea Inc will do everything possible to clarify each issue and improve its processes.
